What is your return/exchange policy?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items, and notify us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We work hard to include size charts in the description of our apparel. We understand that sometimes the fit will not be what the customer was hoping for, so we encourage buyers to utilize the charts provided.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns at the bottom of the page.
How does your shipping work?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 4 - 8 business days
International: 10 - 20 business days
We utilize real-time shipping rates with USPS for the majority of our shipping needs. Rates are based on package weight and dimensions, mail service and shipping addresses. If your question wasn't answered here, please refer to our Shipping Policy at the bottom of the page.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the tracking information becomes available, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via the tracking page.
